Citadel Developers is a reputed real estate company, established in the year 1996, with the aim to promote and develop Properties in and around Mangalore. Its core team consists of a young group of professionals whose only goal is to develop well designed, aesthetically built and affordable dwelling units.

Heading the Management of the Company are three Childhood friends turned Partners- Mr. Ajith Kumar, Mr. Sandeep Konchady & Mr Ram Kumar, who have given the company the strength of their friendship and their expertise in the area of Civil Engineering, Property development and Management.

Together with a group of well-qualified staff and other associates and collaborators, Citadel has been consistently providing the best facilities and amenities required for a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle, while maintaining the highest quality standards and the on-schedule delivery of all its projects.

Today, Citadel has developed a number of apartments, residences and housing layouts. Citadel was the first to introduce the concept of Villa-style apartments in Mangalore which were a promise of luxury, independence and security.
